Using ChatGPT as a sounding board, I stepped through each category of my life:
- Career
- Family
- Health
- Home
- Joy and Rest
Because it knows I’m an ENTJ, it nudged me in all the right ways. It didn’t just ask, “What do you want?”—it asked, “What outcome would energize you?” and “What would success feel like a year from now?” From there, we built a one-year and a three-year vision.
Honestly? It was part therapy session, part strategy workshop.
And of course, it wasn’t just talk. We built a visual board too. Designing a likeness was tricky (ChatGPT has content policies that limit generating real people), but we worked through it together and created someone I connected with—someone who looked like the best version of me.
This process made me articulate what I want, not just wish for it. And as someone who thrives on clarity and forward motion, this kind of structured dreaming fed my soul.
Biggest takeaway?
You can use AI to dream with intention—and design a future that energizes, excites, and grounds you.
